- Conduct Quality Assurance checks to ensure documents are completed accurately
- Enhance document completion guidelines to improve accuracy and reduce error rates
- Field inquiries regarding international talents and act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with authorities to coordinate appointments and expedite processes
- Support immigration and relocation projects by contributing to process development and maintenance
âš¡ Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in support or operations, including working student positions
- Excellent German (B1+) and English (C1+) communication skills required
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in relocation or global mobility is a bonus
- Comfortable working fully remotely in an international and multicultural environment
