⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of coding experience, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails for at least 3 years.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React and Next.js is essential for success in this role.
- Experience in designing, developing, and documenting REST APIs, along with automated testing, particularly unit tests, is highly valued.
- A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, is crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required to thrive in a remote, partly asynchronous work environment.
