Quality Engineer
LMW is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer on behalf of IBM, a leading multinational IT company. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the Financial Services sector—particularly in banking, lending automation systems, or Business Process Management (BPM) platforms. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through meticulous testing and close collaboration with analysts and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual application testing across web and enterprise systems.
- Analyze functional requirements, user stories, and use cases to design test scenarios.
- Collaborate with business analysts to document clear and comprehensive test cases.
- Execute test plans and report bugs and inconsistencies effectively.
- Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure product quality and alignment with business expectations.
- Participate in review meetings to provide input on testability and identify quality risks early.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date testing documentation.
