This company is a mid-sized professional services firm with offices in London, Cambridge and Oxford. We provide legal services in the form of patent and trade mark advice to clients across the world, from startups to major corporations, and many leading universities.
Apprenticeship Overview:
Salary: £13,741 a year
Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a 1 hour break.
Duration: 82 months
Hours: 35 hours per week Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship standard qualification Online training supported by our dedicated tutors.
Duties:
- Maintaining and updating data in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Adding new contacts from webinars and events
- Carrying out internet research
- Working with data in Excel
- Registering fee earners for external events
- Booking meetings, Zooms, and meeting rooms
- Preparing attendee lists and badges for events
- Making website updates and creating social media content
- Using Canva or similar tools to make online graphics
- Helping maintain marketing information on the intranet
- Helping set up and run webinars
- Monitoring online marketing performance
- Monitoring the team's shared Outlook inboxes
- Other general marketing and BD tasks as needed
- Pitching in with extra jobs to support the marketing team whenever needed
