Responsible for providing our customers with a world-class experience through excellent product knowledge, customer service skills, and the use of our business systems. Work Shift: Day 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Salary:

Essential Duties

  • Provide quality customer service.
  • Communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy of documentation, information, and services.
  • Handle customer phone calls and emails regarding various issues and inquiries.
  • Ensure the company establishes and maintains consistent communication with customers.
  • Know all aspects of product inventory, including sales and product information, cancellations, credits, billing, and/or customer service requests.
  • Understand eBay and e-commerce sites.
  • Provide customers with the best solution when available, and help customers find the products they need.
  • Perform all tasks consistently in accordance with specified standards and parameters.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Desired Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree (college or university).
  • Experience in sales or customer service, especially in a call center.
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish or English and French.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, charts, etc.
  • Verbal communication with basic messages. Can write brief messages and keep simple records. Can explain and give advice on routine procedures.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear instructions and procedures.
  • Decisions generally affect own work or the functional area assigned.
  • Results are defined and existing practices are used as guidelines for performing professional activities; works closely with the supervisor/manager who provides general advice and overall guidance.
  • Prioritize and appropriately address assigned and routine tasks.

Essential Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • The job is primarily sedentary: Must be able to sit for long periods and frequently use a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Periodic travel may be required, including overnight stays (depending on job requirements).
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
