We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support our International and Domestic Media Rights Sales team. This role will act as a central hub for managing relationships, tracking deal flow, and ensuring smooth coordination across all sales operations.
Sales Support: Assist in creating impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for broadcasters and digital platforms.
Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM systems and track sales activity to support deal flow.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely and coordinate internal workflows with Legal, Finance, and Content Delivery teams to drive the timely execution of agreements.
Contract Oversight: Monitor compliance and delivery timelines for media rights deals.
Partner Engagement: Liaise with external stakeholders to arrange meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Event Coordination: Manage invites, schedules, and logistics for industry markets and events (e.g., Sportel, LIV Events).
Team Operations: Organize recurring team meetings and support internal workflows.
Client Interaction: Join pitch calls, track follow-ups, and provide solutions to client requests in collaboration with internal teams.
Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the SVP, including schedule and travel coordination.
Proven experience in media rights, sports marketing, or sales coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
Passion for sports and a solid understanding of the global media landscape.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
