Digital Operations Manager

Location: New York, NY (4 days a week in office)

Reporting to: VP, DTC Program Management and Operations

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Role Objective

LIV Golf is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to support the ongoing success of our team and league websites, as well as our mobile apps. This role is critical in ensuring seamless digital operations, timely content updates in CMS, and strong cross-functional coordination to bring fan-facing experiences to life.

The ideal candidate has strong emotional intelligence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage priorities across stakeholders, platforms, and content teams. This is a hands-on role that blends digital coordination, content execution, and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities

Website & App Content Operations

  • Manage day-to-day content updates in CMS across all 13 LIV Golf team and league websites, including mobile apps.
  • Support digital content execution and troubleshooting during events/tournaments.
  • Maintain an agile calendar of updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website/app publishing requests and content updates.

Stakeholder Support

  • Track and respond to incoming requests, flag potential blockers, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Clearly communicate status updates, timelines, and deliverables across teams.

Workflow Management

  • Own operational workflows for digital publishing, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability.
  • Identify areas to streamline and improve processes and cross-team collaboration.
  • Maintain documentation and checklists to support scalable execution.

Content Quality & Troubleshooting

  • QA site and app updates to ensure content accuracy, performance, and consistency.
  • Coordinate with technical partners for CMS improvements and resolve issues.
  • Monitor digital platforms for broken links, outdated content, or SEO issues.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in digital operations, web publishing, or account/project management.
  • Experience managing CMS workflows and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (web + app), analytics, and basic SEO principles.
