The Salesforce Platform Administrator, International (12 months FTC) will support the administration, configuration and governance of the Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud environment for Live Nation's international venues.
This role is designed to build internal platform capability as part of the Venues Marketing programme rollout. You will work closely with the CRM Platform Lead and external delivery partners to absorb foundational architecture, manage ongoing platform configuration, and prepare the environment for future business unit expansion.
The role combines hands-on Salesforce administration with structured knowledge capture, documentation and enablement. Over the course of the contract, you will help reduce external dependency, strengthen governance, and ensure the platform is scalable, stable and well-documented.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract focused on internal capability development, platform stability and documentation. At the end of the contract period, the ongoing need for a dedicated Salesforce platform resource will be reviewed based on platform maturity, scale and business demand.
You'll be part of Live Nation's International Data & Audience team, working at the intersection of CRM, data and marketing automation. The team operates in a federated international structure, balancing central platform standards with local market flexibility.
This role will work in close partnership with the CRM Platform Lead, Engineering teams and external agencies to support platform stability and enable future growth across international venues.
