We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operations Intern to provide support in tour production and sample coordination. This role is critical to keeping product samples organized, tracked, and delivered on time. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Average hours: 20–21 per weekSchedule: On-site Tuesday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM (start times may have flexibility)Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older, currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, and this internship must be completed for academic credit.

What This Role Will Do

  • Manage pre-production sampling of tour merchandise
  • Coordinate incoming product samples
  • Organize, tag, and ship samples to band and management
  • Build status tracking docs for new tour production lines
  • Organize line sheets with correct costing

What This Person Will Bring

  • Experience with Excel is required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time
  • An interest in entertainment and/or fashion industries a plus

The expected compensation for this position is:

$17.00 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
