We're looking for crew members to join our team as Guest Services Representatives! Exceptional front-line customer service, willing to go above and beyond for both fans and fellow crew members, possess a positive "can-do" attitude …rain or shine, the show must go on!

Job Functions

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Answer in person inquiries to resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.
  • Provide wayfinding assistance to guests both inside and outside of the venue.
  • Proactively approach guests and adapt to customer needs ensuring that they are understood, and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
  • Confer with customers in person to provide information about products or services, take, or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.
  • Track inventory levels during show and report back to Guest Services Supervisor
  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
  • Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue.
  • Must participate in Live Nation Canada zero waste/sustainability initiatives at the venue
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience in working live events or customer service strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting
  • Able to work outdoors (rain or shine), among crowds and in a loud environment
  • A passion for live events!
  • Available for all events scheduled at Rogers Stadium this summer

All crew members must be 18 years of age or older.

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate: $18.50 per hour.
