Position Summary

You support the customer service team, both in the areas of order management and sales offer/tender process as requested by legal requirements and compliance.

General Responsibilities

  • General order processing (order entry) & sales offer preparation
  • Clarification of customer inquiries in collaboration with various departments, also at the headquarters
  • Processing of complaints and transport damage
  • Self-handling incidental correspondence using the programs Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook
  • Project work: support & testing during the roll out of different IT solutions, like CPQ or SAP S4Hana

Skills and Experience

  • Ongoing bachelor or master study
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer focus
  • Teamwork
  • Quick learner and flexibility
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Good knowledge of standard MS Office applications
  • SAP skills are an advantage
