Your main tasks:

• 1st Level Support for LivaNova HLM (Heart-Lung Machine) and ATS (Autotransfusion Device)
• LivaNova Data Management 1st Level Support
• Database customization, network connection (HL7), external device connection for LivaNova HLM
• Timely creation of service reports
• Adherence to LivaNova compliance guidelines
• Independently planning and executing in-depth customer orders

Your requirements:

• Completed technical training or education, e.g. in medical technology / medical informatics
• Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written
• Knowledge of Windows and network technology, ideally HL7 knowledge
• Independent working
• Customer-oriented action
• High willingness to travel (75%), commitment and flexibility
• Driving license class B
