How You'll Make an Impact:

• Process accounts payable invoices for assigned vendors.
• Verify appropriate approvals on invoices.
• Match invoices to the correct purchase order.
• Monitor the Company's Purchasing Policy.
• Research all vendor statements and resolve issues on a timely basis.
• Code vendor payables with vendor numbers and account numbers.
• Research any past due charges to avoid duplicate payment.
• Enter payables into system for payment.
• Review payable entries for accuracy; check account numbers, vendor names, amount paid.
• Correct any errors before posting.
• Handle vendor phone calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use 10-key calculator
• Minimum of one (1) year of accounts payable experience.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Data entry skills.
• Intermediate Excel

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Oracle software knowledge.
• Certification or training in accounting principles.
