Sr. MLV Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Continuous yield improvement (Target: scrap rate reduction 15% year to year)
• PCN, PFMEA, SOP, BOM/RT, Datasheet, Drawing document creation, updated, training to people & down to floor implementation
• Other material cost reduction project (> 5 projects per year)
• Quality risk mitigation & customer complaints reduction by process capability improvement
• New product development support from P1, deep dive process Cpk & yield in full stage
• EHS risk identification & mitigation from product material and process design, be responsible for self safety & process safety
• Tier 2 meeting, process audit & daily Gemba walk
• Training for operators and technicians
• Customized parts release and engineering sample management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience on the metal surface processing like Al, Cu, Sn, Ag & injection process like LCP, PPS
• Product & process techinic communication with customer application field end to win business
• Familiar with SPC, ISO9001/14001/IATF16949
• Be capable to solve problem with techinical principle in terms of material property & process mechanism, good all-round aptitude for mechanical, electrical and electronic problem-solving, good ability for process trouble shooting
• Improve intellegent manufacturing level by process digitalization & work process optimization
• Good possess excellent interpersonal skills that will allow him to fully participate in an organization that values teamwork
• Good knowledge of 6sigma tools such as FMEA, DOE, MSA with GB preferred
• Presentation and communication skills
