Reporting to Quality Manager, you as a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be the customer's key contact and interface for all quality related aspects and fully responsible for handling customer quality complaints (major focus in Japan). Work globally and closely with factory, engineering, sales & marketing, technical teams, and external customer to address the quality issue with corrective actions.
