As a Sourcing Manager – Indirect Services & OPEX, you will lead procurement activities across indirect services and OPEX categories for Industrial Business Unit (IBU) facilities in North America. You will be accountable for driving sourcing strategies, cost reduction initiatives, supplier management, and savings projects, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to build a competitive, reliable, and optimized supply base.This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and project management capabilities, as well as the ability to operate across multiple sites, with frequent collaboration with key facilities in Piedras Negras and Matamoros

About Your Job

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities within Indirect Services and OPEX categories across IBU facilities in North America.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement sourcing projects aligned with business and operational needs.
• Consolidate and rationalize the supplier base to improve efficiency, cost, and supply reliability.
• Develop and execute annual cost reduction plans, including cost models and supplier negotiations, to meet year-over-year savings targets.
• Support and drive cost-saving projects in collaboration with engineering and operations teams, ensuring timely execution and results delivery.
• Ensure accurate procurement KPI tracking and reporting, while complying with Mexico's Indirect Procurement Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and deploy plant-specific sourcing strategies to build and sustain a competitive and reliable supply base.
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery; conduct regular business reviews with key suppliers.
• Cost & Savings Management: Lead savings project identification, execution, and tracking to achieve annual cost reduction objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and other internal teams to align sourcing initiatives with business priorities.
• Supply Chain Risk Mitigation: De-risk the supply chain through supplier evaluation, diversification, and close collaboration with strategic partners.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement reporting and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Travel & Site Support: Travel within North America as required, primarily to Piedras Negras and Matamoros facilities.

About You

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, with strong analytical and sourcing expertise.
• Proven experience working with suppliers in Northern Mexico, preferably across indirect services, OPEX, CAPEX and/or MRO categories.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Self-starter with strong self-management, communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

• Role requires collaboration across manufacturing environments and adherence to safety and PPE requirements when onsite.
• Combination of office-based and plant-based activities, including sitting, standing, and walking as required.
