We are seeking a Quality & EHS Engineer to ensure the implementation and compliance of our Quality Assurance processes in alignment with ISO standards, contract specifications, and the company's Quality Management System. This role will be responsible for analyzing and reporting returned parts from customers, investigating complaints, and overseeing the outgoing quality inspection process.

About the Job:

  • Develop and manage the Company’s QEHS Management System.
  • Conduct RMA processing, failure analysis, and prepare 4D and 8D reports.
  • Represent the company in customer complaint resolution meetings.
  • Investigate and report on customer complaints, including warranty claims.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance inspections and Certificate of Conformance processes.
  • Implement and review new and updated process instructions.
  • Conduct internal audits to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO50001 standards.
  • Create and maintain process risk assessments.

About You:

  • Degree or background in any Engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience in QEHS, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to question processes and suggest improvements.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and operating systems, including SPC, root cause analysis, Design of Experiments (DoE), FMEA, MSA, Quality Plans, Control Plans, and A3 problem solving.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and third-angle projection.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in improving performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with MRP systems such as JDE or SAP.

Beneficial Skills:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of auditing to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO50001 standards.
  • Understanding of electrical circuits or electrical qualification.
