Recommends appropriate designs, materials and techniques for product development or enhancement. Prepares reports and technical specifications. Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Complies with all established procedures to ensure safety, equipment and accuracy of results. Assists with project management of customer requirements. Other duties as assigned.
