Reporting to the HR Manager, you as an HR Generalist will be responsible for performing professional tasks to ensure efficient personnel management. You will monitor and enforce internal work regulations, track absenteeism, and analyze attrition indicators for unionized associates. You will also handle recruitment and selection tasks for both unionized and non-unionized technical associates. Additionally, you will provide quality support to all associates regarding labor matters, disciplinary actions, and apply corrective measures when the Internal Work Regulations or Code of Conduct are not followed (timekeeping, badge delivery, employment letters, inquiries, or clarifications).

You will also oversee the recruitment and hiring process of unionized and non-unionized technical associates in line with internal instructions and execute internal promotions.

About the Job:

This position will be temporary.

Monitor and enforce internal work regulations and absenteeism control.

Track attrition indicators for unionized associates.

Manage recruitment and selection of unionized and non-unionized technical associates.

Provide support on labor-related issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Administer and implement motivational programs to improve employee relations.

Support projects aimed at reducing turnover and absenteeism.

Update instructions, procedures, processes, forms, and job descriptions.

Oversee recruitment, hiring, and internal promotions in accordance with internal guidelines.

Location: Matamoros Tamaulipas On-site / Presential.

About You:

University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist, managing multiple HR functions and supporting both unionized and non-unionized employees.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, internal regulations, and employee relations practices.

Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Advanced English proficiency.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support HR projects and initiatives.
