Job Responsibilities
- Performs manual or SAP order handling process including receipt of order, adjustments, cancelations
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete order information to the customer by using the tools, adjusts processes to overcome barriers
- Builds strong customer relationships, through proactively informing customers on order status
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor or university degree
- At least 5 year of experience
- Knowledge in SAP, EDI and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
