We're seeking a Variable Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn potential into performance. You'll be the engine behind our sales success—motivating the team, maximizing profitability, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the excellence of the Volkswagen brand.

What You'll Lead:

• F&I Expertise: Step in, close deals, and ensure compliance while protecting profitability.
• Desking Mastery: Structure deals that work for the customer and drive revenue.
• Pre-Owned Strategy: Source, price, and move inventory with precision and speed.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing sales team.

What You Bring:

• Proven success in automotive sales management—Volkswagen or import brand experience a plus.
• Deep understanding of F&I, desking, and used car operations.
• Relentless drive, sharp instincts, and a commanding presence.
