Your mission:
- Crush repair orders with speed and precision
- Diagnose and fix problems like a pro
- Road-test every vehicle — no shortcuts
- Keep your bay spotless and organized
- Maintain your own full tool inventory
- Document everything — no guesswork
- Return vehicles cleaner than they came in
- Stay sharp with ongoing training and certifications
You bring:
- 3–5 years of hands-on automotive experience
- Minimum 3 ASE certifications (Master Tech preferred)
- Manufacturer certifications across all major systems
- Proven skills in:
- Engine, Suspension, Brake, Electrical, HVAC
- Drivability Diagnosis & Repair
- Lube & Maintenance Services
- Customer Pay Repair Efficiency >105%
- Relentless attention to detail and pride in your work
