Orange Coast Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our high-performing service department. If you are passionate about automotive excellence, committed to precision workmanship, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $25-$51 Flat Rate DOE

Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat preferred
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills required
• ASE Certification required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. The flat rate pay range for this position is $25.00 – $51.00 actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-knowledge, and location.
