What You'll Do:

• Execute repairs and maintenance with speed and accuracy, following Honda and Lithia standards.
• Diagnose vehicle issues with confidence and deliver top-tier solutions.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure flawless performance post-repair.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and treat every vehicle with respect and care.
• Document all work clearly and accurately.
• Stay sharp—complete all required training and maintain ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of hands-on automotive experience
• Manufacturer certification in key repair areas
• Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (ASE Master Technician preferred)
• Proven ability to exceed 105% Customer Pay Proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Performing repairs across multiple systems: engine, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and more.
• Managing your own tool inventory and using shop resources efficiently.
• Keeping your work area spotless and your appearance professional.
• Reporting any safety or integrity concerns immediately.
