BMW of Seattle Service Concierge

Pay will start at $20.76 per hour.

Schedule is 3 shifts, 13 hours each.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Concierge you will begin primarily washing BMWs and organizing vehicles within the dealership. This is just a starting point as we are BIG on supporting internal growth! Over half of our staff has been promoted up from this position, and we are seeking new employees to promote our current staff!

Our employees often are promoted into other roles including sales support, service advisors, office staff, and even management positions!

• Have a positive attitude and be customer service friendly
• Be able to navigate technology with ease
• Be passionate about the BMW brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
• Previous dealership experience is a PLUS
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasker and ability to work independently
• Professional in appearance and communications
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
