We are seeking a Service-to-Sales Manager to convert service-lane traffic into new-vehicle opportunities through strategic equity mining, customer engagement, and cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Equity Analysis — Evaluate customer equity positions and identify viable upgrade opportunities.
- Service Drive Engagement — Maintain a proactive presence in the service lane and partner with advisors to identify qualified prospects.
- Upgrade Consultations — Present data-driven upgrade paths aligned with customer needs and Hyundai program offerings.
- CRM & Lead Management — Execute disciplined follow-up, appointment setting, and pipeline tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with sales management, service leadership, and BDC teams to ensure seamless customer transitions.
- Performance Reporting — Track KPIs, conversion rates, and program results in alignment with LAD standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive retail, ideally in service-to-sales, equity mining, or sales management.
- Strong understanding of trade valuations, payment structures, and customer lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- High level of organization, follow-through, and accountability.
