Pay: $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full time, weekend availability required with one weekday off

Who We're Looking For:

• 1-2+ years of customer-facing retail, administrative, or hospitality experience
• Previous dealership experience preferred but not required
• A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel required
• Proficiency in dealership software a plus

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers who enter the service department.
• Direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
• Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s.
• Handle daily bank deposits.
• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
• Identify prices of goods, services and total bills using calculator.
