As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our valued customers and our expert technicians. You'll:

• Initiate service and repair requests by identifying vehicle performance concerns and customer needs
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Develop accurate estimates and write detailed repair orders
• Maintain clear communication between customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed of service status, specials, and expenses
• Administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs
• Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Prior experience as an automotive technician is a plus
• Strong mechanical understanding of vehicles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $64,500.00-$90,000.
