Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (High-line or luxury brand experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Tekion is a plus

The California pay range for this position is $68,640.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.
