Experienced Service Advisor

Mission Viejo Land Rover is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a key part of our service department, you'll provide our valued clients with an exceptional service experience that matches the world-class quality of the Land Rover brand.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor.

• Proven ability to upsell services while maintaining transparency and trust

• Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• CDK experience preferred, but not required

• Luxury/High Line experience PREFERRED.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,500.00 to $161,800.00, which includes commissions on individual sales, individual gross profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
