Oxnard Toyota is seeking a friendly, experienced, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values team collaboration, and is committed to providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet service customers in a prompt and professional manner
• Write up repair orders accurately and clearly
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines
• Provide accurate estimates and keep customers updated on service progress
• Conduct active delivery when vehicles are ready, explaining services performed
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and terminology
• Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS (preferred)Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 to $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
