What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively
- Serve as the link between our customers and technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs
- Provide an exceptional service experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Previous service advisor or customer service experience preferred (automotive background a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
