Now Hiring: Sales Representative

Island Honda is now hiring a Sales Representative. If you are a high energy, self-motivated, people person who can make friends fast – you could earn up to $150K a year selling cars with no prior car sales experience necessary! All of our very best salespeople in the past have never sold a car in their life and have come from the restaurant and retail industry such as bartenders, servers, cell phone store managers, mattress & furniture sales, and door to door sales reps!

Pay: This is a commission-based position, meaning the possibilities are endless! Monthly Base Pay + Commission (average is $50k - $150k annually)

Schedule: 5 days a week, must be available to work Saturday.

Dept Hours: We are open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday from 9-6 and closed on Sundays.

As an Auto Sales Representative you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.

Responsibilities:

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive sales, is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
