What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years prior automotive Sales Experience.
- CDK/ADP Experience – A Plus
- Strong Negotiation Skills & Drive to Succeed
- High-Energy, Results-Driven Mindset
The California pay range for this position is $81,600 - $180,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
