Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle, provide product knowledge, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and online.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram models.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
