We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Your Role: As a Sales Representative specializing in lease retention, you will be the key liaison for our existing lease customers, helping them transition smoothly into their next Audi while enhancing their loyalty to the brand. You will play a critical role in increasing retention, driving new sales, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with current lease customers prior to lease maturity to discuss renewal, upgrade, and purchase options.
• Maintain detailed follow-up processes to nurture leads and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to deliver seamless, personalized vehicle delivery experiences.
• Track lease retention KPIs and support marketing initiatives for lease loyalty campaign.
• Stay up to date on Audi product knowledge, leasing programs, incentives, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with a premium/luxury brand.
• Minimum 1–2 years of lease retention or lease-end management experience.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and dealership management systems (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds).

The annual estimated earnings range is $41,092.00 - $161,736.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
