What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers while guiding them through the buying process
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, features, and technologies
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up to date with current inventory, promotions, and industry trends

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a strong background in customer service/sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,560.00 to $161,736.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
