Compensation & Schedule:

• Commission-Based Earnings: Top performers earn between $100K–$200K+ annually
• Work-Life Balance: 5-day work week with one weekday off
• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Mission:

• Deliver a luxury buying experience that turns first-time buyers into lifelong clients
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing, and ownership with confidence and clarity
• Stay sharp — know the product, know the customer, and know how to close

What You Bring:

• Automotive sales experience preferred — but not required for the right candidate
• Strong communication, organization, and tech-savvy skills
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a winning mindset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
