Your Mission
- Own the sales desk. Lead, coach, and elevate a team that supports our frontline sellers.
- Build bulletproof processes that scale. Fast.
- Be the go-to for quoting, pricing, and contract execution — no bottlenecks, no excuses.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Ops to keep the revenue engine firing on all cylinders.
- Analyze performance, crush inefficiencies, and deliver insights that move the needle.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership in sales support, sales ops, or inside sales.

- Mastery of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement platforms.
