We are searching for a high-performing, customer-focused sales desk manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to rally, motivate, coach, and inspire sales teams to achieve results. Who We’re Looking For:
- A leader with several years of proven success in automotive sales management.
- A motivator and mentor who can coach sales reps through the deal, shadow their process, and train them to perform at the highest level.
- A professional with a strong track record in desking deals, finance processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Someone with the ability to drive performance, energize the floor, and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and train sales staff to consistently exceed sales and CSI goals.
- Shadow sales reps and provide in-the-moment coaching to elevate performance.
- Appraise vehicles accurately and desk/pencil deals efficiently.
- Lead daily sales meetings and energize the team.
- Ensure customer engagement and satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive sales management (desk manager/finance manager) experience required.
- Proven track record of success in sales management with exceptional CSI results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
