We are searching for a high-performing, customer-focused sales desk manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to rally, motivate, coach, and inspire sales teams to achieve results. Who We’re Looking For:

  • A leader with several years of proven success in automotive sales management.
  • A motivator and mentor who can coach sales reps through the deal, shadow their process, and train them to perform at the highest level.
  • A professional with a strong track record in desking deals, finance processes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Someone with the ability to drive performance, energize the floor, and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and train sales staff to consistently exceed sales and CSI goals.
  • Shadow sales reps and provide in-the-moment coaching to elevate performance.
  • Appraise vehicles accurately and desk/pencil deals efficiently.
  • Lead daily sales meetings and energize the team.
  • Ensure customer engagement and satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Prior automotive sales management (desk manager/finance manager) experience required.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management with exceptional CSI results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
