Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator

Pay: $15.15/hourly plus bonus

Schedule: Full-time

We are currently seeking a Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to support our sales department by managing customer relationships, increasing appointment show rates, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving long-term customer retention.

The Sales BDC Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, tracking, and following up with customers to support the dealership's sales department. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive customer experience while supporting dealership growth and retention goals.

  • Develop, process, manage, track, and follow up with all customer leads related to sales
  • Gather and maintain accurate customer information to build a database for ongoing follow-up and retention
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, dealership promotions, and manufacturer events
  • Utilize phone and computer skills within the Internet Department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention
  • Schedule quality appointments from inbound calls, previous customers, referrals, sold and unsold floor traffic, and other lead sources
  • Maintain professional, timely, and consistent communication with customers

  • Ability to present information clearly and professionally
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Efficient typing skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and phone skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
