The growing Service department at DCH Honda of Mission Valley is looking for experienced technicians to add to the team as a self-starting automotive veteran who can inspire peers and lend their expertise - all while earning a great income.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to ensure quick and accurate problem identification.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about maintenance and repair needs and procedures.
• Stay up to date with automotive technology and techniques through continuous learning and training.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required. With a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The estimated flat rate earning range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
