What will you be doing?

• Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail.
• Record contacts in Lead Management System.
• Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
• Make contact with assigned leads.
• Represent Wesley Chapel Toyota's stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Have fun!

Who are we looking for?

• Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive sales is a plus!)
• Dealership Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Computer proficiency.
• Team player.
• Polished and professional.
• Outstanding Communication Skills-both Verbal and Written.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
