Experienced Master Service Technician

Fresno Subaru is looking for a highly skilled Master Service Technician to join our service team. If you're passionate about automotive diagnostics and repair, take pride in your workmanship, and want to work in a supportive, high-performing dealership environment—we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles
• Accurately identify mechanical/electrical issues using factory scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Mentor and support junior technicians
• Ensure all work meets Subaru and Fresno Subaru's quality and safety standards
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed

Requirements:

• ASE Master Certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Master or Lead Technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Subaru experience or factory training preferred (but not required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

The flat rate range for this position is $25.00 to $70.00, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
