This position requires individuals to be self-motivated, persistent, and able to perform at a fast pace. We do not cold call.
Previous call center and/or customer service experience REQUIRED
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to provide clients with a first call resolution
Ability to develop strong client relationships and adjust as needed for each customer
Bilingual English/Spanish – A PLUS
