Previous Dealership BDC experience is a plus. We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, have a great attitude, and are customer focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow-up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.

The (Hourly) Wage Range for this position is (15.49 to $20) dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
