Pay: Range of $25-$30 an hour plus tiered bonus incentive.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply Subaru's proven sales process from customer greeting to vehicle delivery
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and value
• Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers in a timely, professional manner
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay current on inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members and management to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve skills
