- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of full sales cycle experience with a proven track record of closing new deals. - A demonstrated leadership ability and a tenacious hunger to win business and close deals are essential for success in this role. - Candidates should have experience in a sales role, preferably in software sales, and familiarity with quota and commission compensation structures. - Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with prospects at all levels, including C-level executives. - Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial for managing a fast-paced and changing environment.
