We are currently working with a range of charities and private organisations to find individuals such as yourself to work within Children's Residential, and Support or Senior Support Worker. What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
  • Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
  • Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
  • Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

  • Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2 or 3 essential for some roles
  • Car Driver
  • Experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
