High Technologies Inc. is an MSP located in NJ with clients throughout the East Coast. We are professional, fast-paced, and customer-centric. We are looking for a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher with 3+ years of MSP experience. This is an in-office position - Monday through Friday. Active or prior experience handling dispatching duties for an MSP or IT consulting firm preferred but will train.
Responsibilities:
A Service Coordinator managed the service desk by receiving, prioritizing, and assigning support tickets to technicians, acting as the main point of contact to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include ticket creation and assignment using a PSA/ticketing system, coordinating schedules with clients and technicians, providing status updates, and tracking service metrics.
Room for advancement - many of our previous service coordinators have been promoted to support engineers after 1-2 years tenure. Looking for the following qualities:
